The Refined Feline

The Refined Feline cat furniture company, based in Texas, is a manufacturer of lines of modern and stylish cat furniture including cat trees and towers, hidden cat litter box furniture, cat wall shelves, cat beds, and scratching posts. Founded in 2004, the inspiration for the company was a feline named Kerpal. Living in a small condo in Englewood, NJ, just a few miles away from NYC, the founder of the company was frustrated with the current cat furniture on the market. The current cat tree designs were unnecessarily awkward and ugly. They never looked appealing inside of the home. The problem presented itself: how can Kerpal’s need to climb and scratch co-exist with the desire for an aesthetically pleasing home.
